  • Manage Spanish content setup, publishing, and maintenance in the CMS platform.
  • Translate and localize website content from English to Spanish with accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Localize imagery, multimedia content, and UI elements to resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences across regions.

Analytics & Performance
  • Review and analyze website analytics data to surface actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track Spanish channel KPIs.
  • Identify drop-off points in the Spanish customer journey and propose data-backed improvements.

Other Ecom activities
  • Assist with other functionality as needed, such as manage chat analytics
  • Set up and manage Commercial CRM integration with Zapier
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion trends for Spanish-language pages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and customer support to align messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Review and proofread translated content for grammatical correctness, linguistic accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain translation memory and terminology databases to ensure consistency and efficiency across localization efforts.

New Locations & QA
  • Support new location page creation and assist with digital assets for new store openings.
  • Assist with QA testing and release activities for digital updates, new features, and site launches.
  • Stay current on industry trends, cultural nuances, and linguistic developments to continually elevate the Spanish web experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Spanish Language Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities in Spanish.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of nuances across Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Preferred
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush).
  • Prior experience or coursework in translation, localization, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) and content management systems (CMS).
