RUN Studios, in partnership with one of our leading corporate clients, is looking for an Associate Motion Designer to join our team for a hybrid role in Redmond, WA. This role is ideal for a versatile production professional who thrives in fast-paced studio environments and enjoys working across a wide range of production scenarios.
As Associate Motion Designer, You Will
  • Collaborate with the team to design, develop and deliver media for a variety of venues, platforms and audiences.
  • Ensure creative assets and designs adhere to brand guidelines and voice.
  • Work on multiple projects at once with the ability to prioritize while multitasking.
  • Deliver end to end design and motion assets.

In This Role, You Bring
  • BA/BS degree in a media art related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A portfolio of creative work that demonstrates strong visual design skills.
  • Prior work with design studios, agencies or media production companies.
  • Fluent with the Adobe CS stack with an emphasis on, PS, AI, AE.
  • Experience in creating documents for creative briefs, motion design, and style guidelines.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography.
  • Awareness of current art and design trends, creative production pipelines and tools.
  • A curiosity in AI tools and technology.

Bonus if You Have
  • Experience with 3D software is a plus!
  • Experience with large format multi-screen design and production for digital displays, events, conferences and sports arenas is a plus!
  • Experience with UI/UX design and motion prototyping.

Compensation
Pay Range: $36.00 - $39.25 hourly
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
