Job description

ABOUT SCRIVEINER LONDON
Scriveiner is an award-winning British luxury brand specialising in writing instruments and premium accessories.
Founded in 2019, our products are used by millions of customers worldwide, available via major online marketplaces and from more than 1,000 retail stores around the globe. Our mission is simple: to create beautiful, high-quality products that people love to use every day.
The company has grown rapidly and has been recognised with numerous awards, including the King's Award for Enterprise, The Sunday Times 100, the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, and multiple international design awards.
Scriveiner is the flagship brand of Infinity Brands, a founder-led business focused on building premium consumer brands with global reach. We are high-growth, entrepreneurial and hands-on, and we are focused on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Scriveiner, design is not decoration. It is the product. From the curve of a pen to the layout of a product listing, every visual decision is an expression of what this brand stands for. Our customers have awarded us five product design awards. Our peers have recognised us with the King's Award for Enterprise. The bar is not aspirational. It is already set.
We are now hiring a Graphic Designer to own the visual output of the business: everything from Amazon A+ content and Shopify imagery to packaging, print materials, and retail partner assets. This is a broad, hands-on role with real creative ownership, not a production queue role where someone else makes the decisions and you execute.
Scriveiner operates and sells globally, and as the brand expands into new markets and product categories, the volume and variety of design work will grow with it. If you want to build a genuine body of work at a brand people notice, this is where to do it.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
  • Own the visual quality of every digital and physical asset Scriveiner ships: product listing images, A+ content, social graphics, packaging, print materials, and retail partner assets.
  • Design and maintain product listing imagery for Shopify and Amazon, ensuring all assets meet platform specifications, convert effectively, and are unmistakably on-brand.
  • Create Amazon A+ content modules including enhanced brand sections, comparison charts, and lifestyle image layouts that drive both conversion and brand perception.
  • Produce and adapt assets for retail partners, interpreting co-branding briefs and working within third-party templates without compromising brand standards.
  • Own packaging artwork from concept to print-ready files, coordinating with suppliers and production teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
  • Design product manuals, inserts, and printed materials to the same standard as the product itself: clear, precise, and on-brand.
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable social templates across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to enable faster, more consistent content production.
  • Perform light retouching on product photography and provide simple video editing support as required.
  • Maintain an organised, versioned asset library so all final files are accessible and correctly named.

Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
Essential - you must have this
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce and product-focused design work. Amazon, Shopify, or D2C experience is expected.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • A precise eye for detail and a genuine intolerance for off-brand, low-quality output.
  • Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and hit deadlines without being chased.
  • Experience designing for both digital screens and print or physical production, with an understanding of file preparation and production specs.
  • Commercial awareness: you understand how design influences conversion and make decisions with that in mind, not just aesthetics.
  • AI-literate and comfortable using tools to work more efficiently without compromising craft.

Desirable - it would strengthen your application if you have
  • Experience within a premium, lifestyle, gifting, or consumer goods brand where brand standards are non-negotiable.
  • Familiarity with Amazon A+ content and product listing image best practices.
  • Basic photo retouching and video editing skills using Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, or similar.
  • Exposure to packaging design and working directly with print suppliers or production teams.
  • Experience producing retail partner assets and adapting brand materials to third-party templates.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In this role, you will be successful when:
  • Every product listing image and A+ module is visually compelling, accurate, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Social and thumbnail assets are produced on time and require minimal revision.
  • Packaging and manual artwork is delivered print-ready, with zero production errors.
  • Retail partner asset requests are turned around quickly and to brief.
  • The creative output of the business looks unmistakably like Scriveiner, everywhere.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
  • Head of Marketing: your primary brief-giver. You translate their direction into finished visual assets and raise blockers early.
  • Marketing & Ecommerce team: collaborate on asset requirements for campaigns, product launches, and retailer activations.
  • Retail partners: receive and interpret co-branding briefs and partner asset requirements.
  • External suppliers and print partners: manage file handover, proofing, and production sign-off.

Benefits
WHY JOIN
  • A brand where design is taken seriously: five product design awards, a King's Award for Enterprise, and a founding team that considers visual quality a non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have.
  • Real creative ownership across the full range of Scriveiner's output: digital, print, packaging, and retail.
  • A growing product portfolio across multiple categories, with new ranges and markets in the pipeline, meaning the scope and variety of design work will expand as the business does.
  • The opportunity to build a genuine body of work at a brand people notice, at a moment when the visual identity is still being shaped and your contribution will be lasting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • £25,000 - £45,000 base salary per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Fully remote position.
  • The tools and support you need to do the job properly, in a well-resourced and highly profitable business.
  • Welcome gift: a curated selection of Scriveiner products.
