They typically assist senior team members in developing concepts, producing visual content, and executing creative projects. Junior Creatives may work on tasks like brainstorming ideas, creating drafts, and supporting campaign execution. This role is a stepping stone for gaining experience and developing a portfolio, with opportunities to grow into more senior creative positions.

What are the typical responsibilities and collaborative dynamics for a junior creative in an agency setting?

As a Junior Creative, you'll often work closely with senior creatives, copywriters, and account managers to brainstorm and develop concepts for campaigns and projects. Your responsibilities typically include assisting with idea generation, preparing mood boards, creating visual assets or drafts, and incorporating feedback into your work.
