The ideal candidate understands the impact of first impressions and demonstrates strong attention to detail and a keen eye for product presentation. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with various departments to effectively execute sale promotions while striving to create the ultimate buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure displays showcase merchandise effectively and attractively to inspire customers.
  • Discuss with various departments to execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal themes and sales events.
  • Update displays to reflect current promotions and featured products.
  • Customize displays to suit the needs and expectations of target customers, creating an inviting shopping atmosphere.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure displays are visually balanced, clean, and free of clutter.
  • Regularly inspect and adjust displays to uphold quality standards.
  • Arrange products strategically to optimize space and visibility.
  • Provide input on product placement to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Incorporate fresh ideas to elevate the storeโ€™s overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Manage and maintain prices changes of merchandise, including price tags
  • Daily inventory counting and management for accessories and other merchandise
  • Adhere to safety guidelines at all times, including when assembling or dismantling displays.
  • Performing various other duties, as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Strong team player in a creative atmosphere
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience decorating in a retail environment preferred
  • Able to design creative and appealing spaces within buyer guidelines
  • Ability to assemble merchandise and product displays
  • Ability to interact professionally with our vendors and customers, providing assistance and guidance, as needed
  • Ability to plan, prepare, and decorate for promotional sales and seasonal holidays, creating visually appealing displays that captivate customers. Bring excitement to our showroom by ensuring a fresh and engaging experience with every visit.
  • Manage and maintain price changes of merchandise
  • Track inventory count of incoming and outgoing accessories merchandise
