A Brief Overview
The Global Strategic Marketing Intern will support training activities for Ultherapy PRIME®, contributing to the success of the Energy-Based Devices (EBD) business through support in material creation, quality assurance, administrative support, and project coordination. This position provides exposure to global medical device training while allowing the intern to gain experience working with cross-functional teams in Marketing, clinical, and digital education.The intern will assist with supporting the creation, reviewing and maintaining training materials, supporting documentation, and helping ensure training assets are accurate, organized, and ready for global distribution. The intern will also support the planning and readiness for upcoming live training events as well as contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive intelligence updates and assist with routine project support activities.The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment, while developing professional skills in project coordination, quality assurance, and medical education
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will support Global Strategic Marketing by assisting with material creation, quality assurance, documentation, and administrative activities related to Ultherapy PRIME® training initiatives. Responsibilities will focus on maintaining the quality and organization of training materials while providing support for ongoing projects and competitive intelligence activities..
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Development: Support training material creation and review assets, presentations, and digital assets for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and completeness prior to distribution.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct limited research to support training materials and competitive intelligence projects as assigned.
  3. Project Support: Provide support for ongoing training initiatives by tracking deliverables, organizing materials, and assisting with routine project tasks and support planning and readiness for live training events.
  4. Documentation: Help maintain training records, resource libraries, and supporting documentation to ensure materials remain current and organized.
  5. Collaboration: Support cross-functional collaboration by organizing project information and communicating status updates when appropriate.
  6. Quality Assurance: Review and edit training materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to training programs, such as scheduling, maintaining trackers, organizing files, and supporting project documentation.
  8. Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering feedback and compiling observations to support continuous improvement of training materials.
  9. Competitive Intelligence Support: Assist in gathering information, preparing summaries, and contributing to the drafting and distribution of recurring competitive intelligence reports.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
