  • Platform Skills: Create and run content production processes across a variety of systems. Develop platform-specific digital strategies and expertise within at least one platform specialty (email, social, web)
  • Reporting: Drive digital reporting that maximizes useful strategic insights and positions the client and Precision for further growth.

Collaboration
  • Effectively leads cross-functional collaboration across communications, data, creative, and paid media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact work. Builds strong internal networks and plays a key role in fostering alignment on behalf of clients.
  • Leads productive internal and external meetings and tailors messaging to the audience. Communicates effectively up, down, and across teams.
  • Provides strategic guidance to junior staff, delivering clear, actionable feedback that sharpens thinking and strengthens execution. Actively mentors team members to support their growth and development.

Project & Time Management
  • Drives projects efficiently and independently, managing small teams and overseeing multiple initiatives from start to finish. Recognized by client leads, managers and overall client teams as a critical contributor.
  • Crafts clear work plans and delegates effectively.

Strategy
  • Drafts and oversees development of clear, strategic, and persuasive content across projects. Provides guidance and editorial oversight, elevating team outputs through thoughtful feedback and mentorship.
  • Leverages tools and sources to generate insights that shape strategy, applying seasoned judgment rooted in client and stakeholder priorities. Ensures deliverables drive long-term goals.
  • Anticipates gaps or misalignments before they arise, guides teams to course-correct, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.

What We Are Looking For:
  • 8+ years working in a communications role in an in-house, government, consultancy environment.
  • Experience managing strategic communications programs and sensitive communications issues.
  • Wide-ranging relationships with the media.
