Job description

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Schedulers to support one of the largest public school construction programs in the nation.

This is a great opportunity for early-career construction professionals who want hands-on experience with Primavera P6, schedule analysis, earned value reporting, and large-scale public works projects.

Salary Range: $120K/Year-$135K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing contractor Baseline Schedules and Monthly Updates
  • Provide schedule review comments using structured templates
  • Support the team in creating reports in Primavera P6 and Excel
  • Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals
  • Validate schedule logic and data integrity
  • Help update Master Program Schedules with as-built and forecast dates
  • Create Earned Value curves using established templates
  • Coordinate with various Facilities teams to gather schedule data

Requirements

Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time professional experience in construction scheduling
  • Experience with an Owner or General Contractor preferred
  • Exposure to public works or educational facilities is a plus
Education
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
Skills
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
