In this role, you will work alongside experiencedengineers and multidisciplinary teams on projects in the mining, industrial,energy, renewable power, and chemical sectors.This position offers an excellent opportunity for anearly-career engineer to build technical expertise in both civil infrastructureand structural design, while contributing to projects from concept developmentthrough detailed engineering and construction support.
With us, you'll get theopportunity to:
- Support the civil and structural design of industrial and infrastructure projects from preliminary studies through detailed engineering
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design memoranda, and construction documentation
- Assist with the design of civil infrastructure systems including site development, drainage, utility layouts, and access infrastructure
- Support the structural design of:
- Concrete foundations
- Steel and reinforced concrete structures
- Equipment support structures
- Pipe racks, platforms, and industrial structural systems
- Building structural components - Assist in structural analysis and preparation of design calculations in accordance with applicable U.S. codes and standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, process, geotechnical, and environmental disciplines
- Prepare quantity take-offs, technical specifications, material requisitions, and construction packages
- Review and coordinate engineering deliverables prepared by designers and drafters
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and technical coordination
- Support construction activities through site visits, field reviews, and responding to technical queries
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to technical discussions
