What are Junior Associates?

Junior Associates are entry-level professionals who typically work under the supervision of more senior staff in fields such as law, consulting, finance, or business. Junior Associates are often recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience, and this role serves as a stepping stone to more senior positions within a company or firm.
