Job description

Job Activities & Requirements:

  • Operate cutting tools, blowers, and forklifts for material loading and unloading.

  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 75 pounds), standing, and walking for extended periods.

  • Required to take and pass the GPC Forklift Training Course (1.5 hours) with a score of 70% or higher before operating GPC forklifts.

  • Work responsibilities include:

    • Cleaning warehouse and material yard.

    • Dumping trash dumpsters.

    • Loading and unloading materials with forklifts.

    • Preparing materials for transport to the GPC Material Distribution Center in Forest Park, GA.

Work Locations (2 to 3 sites):

  • North Shallowford: 4404 N Shallowford Rd, Atlanta, GA 30338

  • North Fulton Storerooms: 11675 Wills Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009

  • Gwinnett Storeroom: 1453 Highway 120, Lawrenceville, GA 30043

Position Type:
Entry-level / Junior-level role with 0–5 years of experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Assist in fulfilling material requests and processing orders.

  • Inventory Management: Help track inventory and maintain accurate stock records.

  • Customer Support: Address inquiries, track orders, and resolve issues professionally.

  • Documentation: Assist in preparing shipping and delivery paperwork.

  • Quality Control: Support compliance checks and product inspection.
