Interclypse is seeking a part-time Sales Ambassador to actively sell our unique brand and culture to potential hires between 2 pm-7 pm, Monday - Friday.


We are seeking a driven, tenacious, and self-motivated individual for a small sales team focused on actively engaging with existing industry professionals while building their sales expertise and experience. This engagement occurs via phone, text, and email to develop relationships while extending the Interclypse brand. Successful candidates are social and outgoing with a passion for sales and marketing. Growth opportunities are available for successful candidates.


What does being an Interclypse Sales Ambassador look like?

  • Flexible schedule - 25 hrs/week targeting IT talent In and outside of business hours.
  • Incentive-based pay - $3000 per qualified sale.
  • Hybrid work - Available for students and as needed.
  • Contribute ideas and provide feedback to improve the effectiveness of the sales team.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Operate on a flexible schedule that includes efforts outside of regular business hours.

  • Able to engage with all levels of the corporate structure courteously and effectively.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or pursuing a bachelor's degree.
