Job Description
We are seeking 20 temporary call center agents for a project that runs from July 23th to August 21nd.
Training schedule is July 23 and 24 from 9:00am to 4:00pm
Regular shifts start on July 27th.
Pay is $15/hr
Schedules Available:
    • 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (4 openings)
    • 2nd Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (4 openings)
    • 3rd Shift: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (6 openings)
    • 4th Shift: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (6 openings)
This is an office position. You will be taking calls, researching issues, answering questions, and updating online files.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous call center experience
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Interviews are Monday 7/14 and Tuesday 7/15.
You must be able to pass a Level 2 background check and a 10 panel drug test.
