What are Jr Developers?

Jr Developers, or Junior Developers, are entry-level professionals in the software development field. They typically have less experience than mid-level or senior developers and are responsible for writing, testing, and maintaining code under the guidance of more experienced team members. Skills in programming languages, debugging, and collaboration remain important for growth in this role.

What does a junior developer do?

A junior developer assists in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications under the supervision of senior developers. They typically work with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript and use development tools such as version control systems. This role often involves learning new skills and gaining experience in a collaborative environment.

What are some common challenges a Jr Developer might face when joining a new team, and how can they overcome them?
