Job description

JobSource is seeking a reliable Maintenance Clerk/Data Entry Associate for a pizza company in Vernon. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish (read/write), have basic Excel and computer skills, and be comfortable working in a cold environment.  Must have recent work experience 3-6 months.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:


Daily:

  • Print Department “set ups/clean ups “
  • Responsible for the Work orders 
  • Keep track of the parts used in a log 
  • Parts Log
  • Print pending PM's
  • Helping Mechanics with looking for parts (through manual) or ordering parts as needed
  • Revising purchase orders sent by Accounting DEPT As needed
  • Housekeeping as needed

Weekly:

  • Complete invoices sent 
  • Keeping track of repairs for trailers on spreadsheet 
  • Keeping track of Raymond repairs 
  • Every other week - go through work requests/emails sent by QA and assign them for Facility repairs
  • Reaching out to suppliers for quotes / contractors for repairs or services - as needed
  • parts/inventory check
  • Receiving packages and closing out POs when needed 
  • Organize Racks - as time permits

Schedule:


7am-3:30 pm & some Saturdays 4am-9:30am


Pay: $20-$21
