Job description

JobSource is now hiring a Production Operator for a food manufacturing company in San Bernardino.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Operate various machines in accordance with provided training and instruction
  • Prepare machine daily operation according to SOP & Standard Work Instructions.
  • Perform necessary machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure quality and quantity standards are being produced.
  • Consistent adherence to GMPs and SOPs always
  • Follows the production schedule
  • Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies used in production, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid interruptions in the manufacturing process.
  • Accurately record inventory lot numbers used in production, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and adherence to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management practices
  • Manage quick changeovers according to the cleaning matrix, ensuring efficient transitions between products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Performs other job- related projects, duties and assignments as directed by leadership and management


Schedule:

Monday-Friday + Overtime

11:30am-8:00pm


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • E-Verify required
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not requires
  • Resume with recent work experience
