Top Rail Fence Twin Cities is hiring two full‐time fence installers to join our internal crew. We handle residential and light commercial fence installations throughout the Twin Cities metro.

This is a hands‐on position for dependable, hard‐working individuals who take pride in quality work and want steady, year‐round employment with a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Install residential and light commercial fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, decorative metal)
  • Set posts, build panels, hang gates, and complete full fence installs
  • Load/unload materials and tools daily
  • Work safely and efficiently alongside crew members
  • Follow jobsite plans, site layouts, and installation standards
  • Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
  • Assist with material handling, cleanup, and final walkthroughs

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: DOE (based on experience, skill level, and reliability)
  • Full‐time work
  • Typically Monday–Friday with consistent hours
  • Year‐round work (weather permitting)

Qualifications

  • Fence installation experience preferred (other construction experience considered)
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and use hand/power tools
  • Reliable transportation to shop/job sites
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
