Job description

Hoplite Solutions is seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at multiple locations to include Maryland. As a TDNA, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security. These positions are for upcoming open positions expected to be released in January 2026.
As a TDNA, you will:
  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
  • Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
  • Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
  • Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
  • Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
  • Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
  • Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
  • Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Level 1
    • 2 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
    • 4 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
    • 6 years' applicable experience without a degree
  • Level 2
    • 2 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
    • 3 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
    • 5 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
    • 7 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
    • 9 years' applicable experience without a degree
  • Level 3
    • 4 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
    • 6 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
    • 8 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
    • 10 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
    • 12 years' applicable experience without a degree
  • Level 4
    • 7 years' applicable experience with a PhD, OR
    • 9 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, OR
    • 11 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR
    • 13 years' applicable experience with an associate degree, OR
    • 15 years' applicable experience without a degree
  • Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).
  • In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.
