Sales & Member Services Specialist

Help us CHANGE LIVES, GET FIT and have a BLAST while you’re doing it! TITLE Boxing Club of Portland-Beaverton is looking for an outgoing, dynamic Sales & Member Services Specialist to work in a fast-paced and exciting community fitness environment.

The Sales & Member Services Specialist helps run all of the day-to-day operations at Portland’s premier boxing fitness studio. You’ll help foster the great community spirit we have while simultaneously helping us bring new members in and retain the ones we already have. You’ll be the first person the membership sees before class and the last one they see when class is over. If you love helping people reach goals, being part of an inclusive, welcoming and fun community, Title Boxing Club of Portland Beaverton is the place to be. We pay a super competitive hourly rate PLUS commissions on membership and merchandise sales. Oh, and you get a free membership and merch discounts as well as complimentary uniform apparel! Essential Functions

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to ensure the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time
  • Track leads, appointments, and prospect interests in appropriate systems
  • Convert sales leads to first time guests, and first time guests to members
  • Meet, greet, and work the floor during select times
  • Conduct club tours for scheduled appointments and prospects
  • Accurately follow the daily club cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) club workouts and shifts
  • Complete additional tasks as designated by management
  • Make it a priority to build trust with each guest throughout the sales process

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills 
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, MS Windows) and an ability to learn new software
  • Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle competing tasks and tight deadlines
  • Outwardly facing professional appearance
  • Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays

Required Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience preferred
