Position Summary:Provide interactive and motivational vocational workshops to PACE participants, including job preparation, sector-based overview and instruction, job search assistance, online applications and resume preparation. Develop and enhance clients' work-related skills in preparation for job placement or other engagement activities in the HRA PACE model.
Essential Functions:- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshops on career readiness, self-assessment, and professional development.
- Teach engaging in-person and virtual workshops on career readiness, self-assessment, and professional development.
- Motivate participants through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with staff to connect job-ready clients with opportunities and track progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support overall program goals.
Knowledge, Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, must have an associate's degree with a minimum of five (5) year of work-related experience or must have a high school diploma or equivalency with a minimum of seven (7) year of work-related experience.
- Experience working with public assistance population.
- Experience working in employment services or in social service-related field.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients.
Salary $50,000

PACE is designed to improve employment and training outcomes and provides individualized career planning, skills development, credential attainment, employment preparation, job placement and retention services.
