Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience with technical support in a Help Desk environment
  • Formal training or relevant experience with Computer Technology, Networking, and Information Systems
  • Broad knowledge of instructional technology equipment and applications to include Microsoft applications, Google applications on-line services, and technology resources
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, crawl and occasionally lift between 10 and 50 pounds
