TITLE โ€“ PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST/ BUSINESS ANALYST

LOCATION โ€“ RALIEGH, NC

DURATION โ€“ 12+ MONTHS

We have some urgent requirements with at least 8 yearsโ€™ experienceย  as Process Improvement Analyst/ Business Analyst to partner closely with leadership, frontline staff, and IT teams to analyze current workflows, identify pain points, and design more efficient, user-friendly, and sustainable ways of delivering services.

MANDATORY โ€“ MUST HAVE:

  • Business process improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence roles
  • Proven success in process mapping, gap analysis, and redesign of complex, multi-step workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, comfortable working with both frontline employees and executives.
  • Prior experience in government, DMV, public sector, or high-volume service delivery environments is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving clarity from complex situations.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • State experience preferred.
