As an LCSW working with a detox center, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and other social workers, ensuring comprehensive care and support for our clients. • Evaluate and assess patients to diagnose psychosocial issues and create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with the Social Work Manager and the healthcare team to devise comprehensive care programs that enhance patient treatment compliance and engagement.
• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to care and improve the overall health outcomes of our patients.
• Document patient interactions and treatment modalities in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote patient growth and healing.
• Provide consultation and education to patients and their families, offering guidance on available resources and care options.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Engage in community advocacy efforts to connect patients with resources that enhance their support systems and social integration.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with a diverse patient population, particularly those dealing with addiction, mental health disorders, and psychosocial stressors. This role focuses on providing empathetic and respectful care to clients in a detoxification setting, recognizing the unique needs and challenges faced by this group.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate institution.
• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Strong understanding of the NASW Code of Ethics, and commitment to maintaining high professional standards in practice.

• A minimum of six months to one year of clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting.
• Experience working with addiction and mental health populations is highly valued.
• Proven skills in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
