The work environment at Jimenez Rehab Center is supportive and dynamic, with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will have a manageable patient load that allows you to deliver quality care while avoiding burnout. You will operate primarily in a home care setting, providing therapy services in patients’ residences, which allows for a more personalized approach to treatment.

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations for each patient to assess their physical condition and functional capabilities, establishing tailored treatment goals based on their needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address specific patient challenges and promote recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes and adapting to any changes in their condition.
• Engage in clear and ongoing communication with patients and their families to educate them about the treatment process and expectations.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive care.

At Jimenez Rehab Center, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and various neurological conditions. Our patient-focused approach enables you to develop strong therapeutic relationships, enhancing trust and motivation in their rehabilitation process.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current and valid Maryland Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or home care setting.

While the minimum requirement is two years, candidates with experience in working with geriatric populations or those with chronic conditions are particularly encouraged to apply. Additional certifications such as in manual therapy or sports rehabilitation will be viewed favorably.

Our compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
