- Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client histories and needs, facilitating tailored therapeutic approaches.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in individual supervision to foster continuous professional development.
- Maintain an approach that emphasizes a growth mindset, adapting methods and strategies based on client feedback and evolving best practices in mental health care.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Jewish Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
