  • Apply Learning Methodologies: Utilize proven adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies to ensure all training programs are engaging, maximize knowledge retention, and effectively drive behavior change on the sales floor.
  • Sales Enablement Training Delivery: Plan and execute impactful sales enablement learning activities, such as interactive workshops and targeted training sessions to foster team collaboration and ongoing skill development.
  • Lead & Develop Trainers: Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of two Sales Trainers. Set performance goals, guide their professional development, and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery with a view to the learner experience.

Strategic Content & Change Management
  • Develop Aligned Content: Create compelling, multimedia sales enablement content (i.e., playbooks, battlecards, e-learning modules, and scripts) that directly supports the company's go-to-market activities.
  • Change Management: Act as an agile partner to the business by adapting enablement strategies and resources as the company introduces new products, enters new markets, or experiences rapid changes in the competitive landscape.
