Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reports to Associate Director and works closely with Dean of Undergraduate Admission and to develop enrollment plan for assigned territory outside the United States. Assists international students at US high schools.
  • Plans and arranges travel individually, in accordance with university and departmental policies.
  • Travel to assigned region from 4-6 weeks during the recruitment cycle, with an emphasis on fall. Activities includes meetings with prospective students and parents, school visits, university fair, and meetings with other partners.
  • Assists with marketing initiatives, including communication flow edits/updates, review of print and web communications.
  • Assists in evaluation of potential new international markets for travel and recruitment development.
  • Uses CRM (Slate) for individual contact, reporting, planning, and evaluation purposes.

  • Participation in professional development projects and conferences such as International ACAC, NACAC, or others as assigned.
  • Responsible for all aspects of territory file review, including English proficiency information and transcript interpretation.
  • Works closely with other on-campus offices such as the International Student and Scholar Service, FSYA, ResLife to ensure successful enrollment of international students.
  • Support daily operations for all prospective undergraduate students, large-scale admission events, fall open house programs, and spring yield events like Loyola Weekend.

  • -Performs related duties as required.
  • -Ability to articulate the values and mission of a Jesuit university.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and valid passport.
  • Language skills considered a plus.
  • Preference to candidates who are multilingual.
  • Preference to candidates with experience with Middle Eastern and Indian markets.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field and three to five years of related admissions experience.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to articulate the values and mission of a Jesuit university.
  • Experience with international marketing is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
