  • Assisting the head coach in recruiting high-level student-athletes.
  • Being able to run effective team and individual practice.
  • Conducting video sessions and analyzing practice/match play.
  • Demonstrating competency in player development.
  • Supervising and directing student-managers.
  • Schedule practices and oversee practices.
  • Arranging travel details for away games.
  • Supervising team and individual practice.
  • Adhering to NCAA and Big 12 conference rules.
  • Budget accountability. 
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
