Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:   

  1. Maintain detail of the cost of every product manufactured by the company.  
  1. Calculate standard cost of production and monthly variances. 
  1. Calculate FOH rate annually. 
  1. Review FOH variances to review rate as necessary.  
  1. Set up and maintain BOM's in JDE 
  1. Accumulate the cost of each kiosk and Vending Machine purchased or manufactured by the company. 
  1. Prepare pro forma unit costs for proposed products of the company. 
  1. Keep Inventory detail of products manufactured by the company and raw materials matching with General Ledger. 
  1. Price out year-end inventory and reconcile balance with inventory systems. 
  1. Set up and maintain inventory items in DDIM V2 and GP as well as links. 
  1. Request JDE set up items. 
  1. Maintain standard cost for all stock items in JDE. 
  1. Evaluate PPV of all stock items to update standard cost on JDE 
  1. Coordinate and manage Year End inventory counts for all locations. 
  1. Maintain detailed analysis of production costs and waste. 
  1. COGS of manufactured items for Budget 

  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reconciliations, rollforwards, journal entries, BOM preparation 

COMPETENCIES: Keen attention to detail; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

Required Education:  Bachelors Degree in Accounting 

Required Experience:  10 year experience
