Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our JDE EnterpriseOne system with a focus on Manufacturing and Quality Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in JDE, with deep functional expertise and a solid understanding of business processes in discrete and process manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify issues, provide training, document processes, and discern needs from wants. When changes are needed, analyze, document, and manage projects or requests.
  • Align IT solutions strategically with business objectives by collecting requirements, evaluating existing processes, and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Lead and manage end to end functional support of JDE Manufacturing and Quality Management modules (e.g., Work Orders, Shop Floor Management, Bills of Material, Routing, Quality Management, Product Costing, Direct Procurement).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional requirements and system configurations.
  • Design and deliver solutions that support business processes, leveraging best practices within the JDE system.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in the Manufacturing and Quality modules, provide resolutions and implement long-term fixes.
  • Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
  • Provide training and documentation to users and stakeholders as needed.
  • Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Manufacturing and Quality within cross-functional ERP project teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure solutions are aligned with business and system architecture.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure alignment with GxP, SOX, FDA, ISO, or other regulatory compliance needs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, specifically in Manufacturing and Quality functional areas. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Experience in leading system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Experience with business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Proficiency in translating operational requirements into JDE configurations and test scenarios.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or other related field.
  • JDE Certifications in Manufacturing or Quality modules.
  • Experience with JDE 9.2 or later versions.
  • Experience designing Oracle Orchestrator, BI Publisher, UX One, UDOs, Watchlists, E1 Pages, and JET applications.
  • Familiarity with basic and advanced SQL queries is desired.
  • Understanding of Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Distribution, OTC and Finance modules.

Pay / Compensation
The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $94,600.00 - $127,600.00. Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the listed range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
