Job description

Client is in need of an MES Apriso functional consultant who has a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. Ideal candidate has at least 5 years specific Apriso experience with wider background in manufacturing processes + high level integration experience with SAP.
As part of the Technology and Global Services department, client is looking for a Business Partner Analyst for the MES - Lean Material Management (LMM) / Warehouse Management / Electronic Device History record (eDHR) system, based on the Apriso platform
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate the projects to implement MES Apriso platform at a new facility.
    • Follow the clients global methodology and maintain the lifecycle of the MES projects in the IT portfolio management system.
    • Understand and evaluate the Business needs and objectives for new capabilities to be developed
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of user requirement specifications.
    • Contribute to the joined application design session with the clients MES Platform Technical team, the vendors and the Business.
    • Provide inputs and contribute to the validation deliverables such as the Validation Plan and the Validation Summary Report.
    • Contribute to the testing of the new features and functionalities in the MES Apriso platform.
    • Facilitate the integration testing with SAP, JDE and the validation of local systems connected to the MES Apriso platform.
    • Capture identified issues, gaps and escalate them to the clients MES Platform Technical team and the vendors.
    • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the software by following standard validation methodologies.
    • Train the site super users on new capabilities and support the maintenance of job aids documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with internal customers and collaborators throughout the lifecycle of technical upgrade projects/enhancements.
    • Document project lessons learnt.

Education and Experience:
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain, Mechanics or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience with an MES, preferably the Apriso platform or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically - approximately 20%
  • Familiar with database systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High competence in problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often multi-functional and cross-regional.
  • Ability to translate complex business / technical needs into simple and manageable requirements; handle partner concerns and risk mitigation as needed.
  • Passionate about Digital Transformation, learning new technologies and trends in the software industry.
