Job description


JB Construction, LLC is a commercial electrical contractor building EV charging infrastructure at Amazon delivery stations across Florida. We’re hiring full-time crew members for our underground and install teams.


This is not a 40-hour job. We run 60+ hour weeks when a site is pushing to hit a deadline, including some Saturdays. Overtime is paid, and the checks reflect it — but you need to want the hours.


What you’ll do:

• Sawcut, trench, and excavate for underground conduit

• Lay PVC, pull wire, backfill and restore

• Set and mount charger pedestals, panels, and equipment racks

• Operate small equipment (skid steer, mini-ex, trencher) — we’ll train you up

• Keep the site clean, safe, and inspection-ready


What we’re looking for:


• Commercial electrical or underground utility experience preferred; helpers with a strong work ethic will be considered

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Available for long days and 6-day weeks when the schedule calls for it

• Willing to travel and stay out of town during the week — per diem and lodging paid

• OSHA 10 a plus; we’ll certify you if you don’t have it

• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
