Job Overview:
  • Java Technical Lead Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.
  • The role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern architecture patterns (Microservices, REST APIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance optimizations.
  • Drive CI/CD practices, DevOps integration, and automated testing.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Java (8 or above) and J2EE technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
  • Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.

  • Experience 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong Java development background.
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership or team lead role is mandatory.

  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience in domain-specific projects (Healthcare/Finance preferred).
  • Certifications in Java, Cloud, or Agile methodologies are an added advantage.
