Java Technical Lead
Location: Exton, PA
Length: 1 year


F2F REQUIRED - MUST BE LOCAL Must live within 15-20 miles

Visa Copy needed for submission
Preferred Experience:
9+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
    3+ years of tech lead or management experience is REQUIRED
    Experience with Banking/Financial Services is a plus
    Disciplined programming using TDD (Test First Development)
    Experience with maintaining 24x7 Deployments
    Experiene with IBM Websphere
    Performance Tuning of n-tier Web Applications
    Experience with Web frameworks eg. AngularJS is a plus
    Experience with test Frameworks (eg. Selenium, Watij, HP-QTP)
Soft Skills:
Ability to communicate and define processes for a client organization
    Ability to validate analysis documents and translate functional requirements
    Ability to write comprehensive design documents
    Leading client implementations
    Participate in defining development standards
    Mentoring and/or managing technical resources
    Strong initiative to recommend and implement technical improvements.

BS degree
