Java / J2EE Technical PM

Certified Scrum Master, with focus on Java and cloud technology projects

Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum framework

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

Strong in Java and Web Services (RESTAPI) technologies

Must have knowledge on Cloud application development experience

Very good communication skills.
