ServiceNow Administrator

Dynamic Work schedule - This is 5 days on site a month- in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. If your candidate is not open to this please tell them they will not be considered. Fidelity determines the week they are working onsite, not the candidate.

Location - NC preferred then Westlake, TX, Merrimack NH and Smithfield RI.

The Role

As a ServiceNow Administrator within the Device Control & Governance team, you blend the system engineering and technology management expertise with a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes. The Corporate Technology Group is looking for a System Engineer to assist with the OT/IOT device registration and life cycle management in Service Now. Additionally, this role will collaborate with Security (ECS Product Teams) and business unit (BU) Partners to implement automated processes and matrices to ensure that the IoT/OT devices environment is accurately managed/maintained and cybersecurity risk is reduced.

The key areas the team will work with are:

  • Device Inventory in ServiceNow - Provide ServiceNow expertise to assist the team in asset inventory and maintaining OT/IOT devices. This includes developing and improving automated processes which will help in leading asset data throughout the life cycle of the devices in ServiceNow.
  • Monitoring Solutions – Collaborate cyber security teams (ECS) in implementing OT/IOT security monitoring and device discovery tools (e.g., Qualys). Develop an understanding of the OT/IOT devices domain to participate in discussions, planning, and provide support to ECS in implementing security monitoring tools.
  • Vulnerability and Threat Management – Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business units and data center teams in remediating cyber security issues within the OT/IOT device environment to reduce risk.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree and 5 plus years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow asset administration
  • Expertise in scripting skills (e.g., Python and Java Script) and ability to build automated workflows/process in or have integration within ServiceNow
  • Understanding and experience of managing technology and cybersecurity risk
  • Experience in implementing/supporting security monitoring tools (e.g., Qualys) within OT/IOT devices is helpful
  • Develop manual/automated metrics and reports (e.g., Power BI) to track progress of device asset inventory effort
  • Deep Project Management skills to help with remediation of Cybersecurity issues within OT/IOT devices across the organization by proactively coordinating with business and cyber security teams
  • Understanding of network protocols and how systems communicate with each other
  • Demonstrated experience in working with OT/IOT networked devices
  • Apply Policy/Standards and Best Practices in modernizing the current state of OT Devices and applications across the Enterprise
  • Evaluate and be responsible for the implementation of new OT/infrastructure systems & applications
  • Experience building custom applications, integration & portal widgets.
  • Develop manual/automated metrics to ensure Vendor SLAs are being met.
  • A self-starter and teammate who can independently manage multiple responsibilities in a multifaceted environment
  • Financial services experience, on risk management initiatives/programs preferred
  • Agile experience and or accreditations preferred

The Team

You work in partnership with the Device Control & Governance Team Lead, CAEC Product Area Leader, other Squad Leaders and BU partners to identify the scope, manage the priorities and implement the tasks to achieve the identified milestones. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you sustain and evolve our innovative agile culture. The team is being newly formed to provide leadership in managing and monitoring IoT devices throughout their lifecycle and guide through a roll out of a Facilities LAN (FACLAN).
