Tech Lead Java/Springboot

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Java/Springboot for a critical project in FI - MDM Investible Universe.

Client is looking for a team to assist in developing new capabilities to accommodate the expansion of the universe on our current reference data management platform. We require support to enhance our existing platform with additional functionalities. The goal is to build new capabilities that align with our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Java/Spring Boot applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.
  • Contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering successful projects.
