Tech Lead (Full-Stack Java)
Role Requirement:
Tech Lead responsible for driving end-to-end technical design, leading development activities, and mentoring team members. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
Required Skill Set:
Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with deep experience in microservices architecture
Solid understanding of API design, GraphQL, integration patterns, and scalable system architecture
Full-stack capabilities with experience in Angular and/or React for frontend development
Experience with cloud-native deployments on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Strong focus on performance optimization, security, and reliability in enterprise applications
Experience:
8-10+ years of overall experience in application development, with proven exposure to technical leadership responsibilities such as solution design ownership, code reviews, and technical decision-making
Prior experience working across domains such as banking, finance is highly desirable
Additional Responsibilities & Competencies:
Lead agile delivery teams and ensure adherence to best engineering practices
Guide and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and architectural consistency
Enable successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions through effective stakeholder engagement and engineering leadership
Ensure high-quality code through JUnit test cases and best engineering practices.
