Position: Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead

Interview Process 2 Rounds

Technical Discussion

  • In-depth technical discussion covering Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, JSP/Servlets, TypeScript/JavaScript, architecture, design patterns, and technical leadership.
  • Discussion of previous projects, technical challenges, application migration experience, and leadership responsibilities.

Round 1 Coding Test Mandatory

  • Candidates must complete a technical coding assessment.
  • The coding test will evaluate practical Java development, problem-solving, coding standards, Spring Boot/Microservices concepts, and application design.
  • Successful completion of the coding test is mandatory to proceed in the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Develop and support web applications using JSP, Servlets, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Analyze existing .NET applications and assist with migration to Java platforms or application decommissioning initiatives.
  • Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for new and existing systems.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Solid experience with JSP, Servlets, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, REST APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Lead or in a senior development leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience leading development teams or technical initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
