  • Salary Range: DOE $42,000~$50,000 per year (Final salary will be determined based on experience and skills)
  • Experience: 1-2 years of travel industry experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong potential!

Job Summary:

A leading Japanese travel agency is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join the team.

The role involves handling both outbound and inbound travel arrangements, as well as sales-related activities. The ideal candidate will support clients with travel planning, booking, and coordination while also engaging in customer-facing sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound travel arrangements for individual and corporate clients
  • Handle travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary coordination
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide travel consultation/support
  • Support sales activities including client communication and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and travel partners as needed
  • Ensure smooth execution of travel services and high-quality customer experience
  • Flexible Support: Perform other related duties and support various departments as needed to ensure the success of company projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both Japanese and English (Written and Verbal) is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with local American vendors and Japanese clients.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and scheduling.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected changes or issues calmly and professionally.
  • PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi) and American business culture.
  • Eligibility: Must have a valid work permit in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available.)
