This is a part-time role at our International Drive location; prior host/hostess experience is highly preferred.

Kobe Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse is a Central Florida dining destination known for its lively, high-energy, teppanyaki-style experience for over 40 years. As a Host, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service. The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle guest interactions efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. 

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and waitlist
  • Coordinate seating and manage guest flow
  • Answer phones and provide accurate wait times
  • Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and lobby
  • Assist with guest questions, seating needs, and accommodations
  • May perform other duties as assigned

  • Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
