Job Description

Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to provide full accounting support of our North American offices and coordination with overseas offices. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders locally and in overseas offices to ensure a flawless execution. We are currently working a 4/1 hybrid schedule, and only local candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration for North American offices and prepare required filings
  • Complete monthly closing activities and prepare financial reporting
  • Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock records
  • Oversee trade credit management - credit applications, limit monitoring, insurer/broker liaison
  • Support external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Handson experience in bookkeeping, payroll and benefits administration, and trade credit control
  • Strong understanding of fullcycle accounting
  • Proficiency with accounting and payroll software, Excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience in the FMCG, CPG or Toy industry would be an advantage
