Responsibilities

As a Program Specialist, you will act as a model of customer service excellence to all organizational staff members as part of DISA's Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise Directorate (C4E) J6 Service Delivery contract.ย  You will beย responsible for facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of contract personnel, managing program documentation, governance compliance, and operational coordination in support of the DISA C4E J6 Service Delivery contract.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and track the onboarding and offboarding of all contract personnel.
  • Manages program documentation, meeting coordination, and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contractual and organizational requirements.
  • Supports governance and compliance tracking for contract deliverables and internal process adherence.
  • Leverages ServiceNow and Remedy ticketing systems to manage documentation, track workflows, and ensure accurate and timely ticket processing.
  • Coordinates and facilitates meetings with senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders; prepares and distributes meeting minutes and recordings.
  • Supports monthly personnel accountability drills, deliverables, and In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) with government stakeholders.
  • Supports procurement activities, including creating and processing purchase requests in OnBase, ServiceNow, and Unanet; monitors item receipt to invoice payments in CostPoint.
  • Administers deployment documentation including Letters of Authorization via the SPOT (Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker) system.
  • Tracks and reports compliance with DoD 8570 requirements and corporate training obligations.
  • Supports internal audits including ISO and CMMI.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel rosters, manages secure file storage protocols, and administers SharePoint content to ensure information accessibility and integrity.
  • Supports contract transitions, CLINs, and timecard management; provides reporting and project support to project managers as assigned.
  • Supports the development and submission of contract deliverables including Weekly Status Reports, IPR materials, and action item tracking in accordance with PWS requirements.

Education and Experience:ย 

  • Required Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent (High School Diploma and 2 years of experience).ย
