IWMS - IBM TRIRIGA (Developer L3)
Location: Fremont, CA or Tualatin, Oregon
Duration: 6-9 months to start with
JOB SUMMARY
1. Responsible for overseeing the client relationship and technology needs where Tririga products have been deployed.
2. Manages performance metrics in accordance with business KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Provides routine day-to-day operations and administrative support for a Tririga FM.
3. Assists in coordination of reporting, planning, process improvement, project coordination, controls for specialized software and other functions enabling the department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts:
1. Responsible for overseeing assigned Tririga FM accounts where Tririga FM product activities, including implementations, training, and ongoing care have been deployed ensuring work is completed in accordance with account timelines & contractual agreement.
2. Estimates required hours on Tririga FM implementation projects.
3. Coordinates priority Setting with management. Compiles and delivers reports from Tririga FM regarding the work execution management process.
4. Supports overall Tririga FM strategy to align to CBRE GWS, client, and corporate initiatives. Documentation: Writes clear and concise work procedures, process documents, and business requirements documents. Compiles information related to Tririga FM implementation and turns them into uploaded documents.
5. Participates and leads Tririga FM in integrations, roadmaps, enhancements, upgrades and other Tririga FM improvements.
6. Participates in outage planning activities such as scope identification and control, scheduling, coordination, risk assessment, execution, and continuous improvement. Participates in solutioning, bidding and executing Tririga FM implementation initiatives and new Account onboarding.
