Job Description:

The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to Ivy Rehab for Kids teammates, leaders, and clinics in one territory (to be determined). This position offers remote work with periodic travel to clinics and Ivy's home office. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to ensure regions have the talent resources needed to meet goals, focusing on teammate retention and engagement, promoting an engaging work environment, and ensuring labor law compliance.

This role will also provide direct strategic support across the Ivy Rehab for Kids enterprise to elevate the broader people strategy. This is a greatopportunity to become part of a dynamic and high performing team committed to serving our teammates and partners in all aspects of their day-to-day HR needs as well as continuous efforts to build and sustain a best-in-class culture.
