To excel in IVR Testing, you should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of telephony systems, and experience with automation and manual testing methodologies, often backed by a degree in computer science or related fields. Familiarity with tools like Genesys, Avaya, or Twilio, knowledge of scripting languages, and experience with test management platforms are commonly required. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities help testers work efficiently with development and QA teams.
