Job description

Software Engineer - IVR (Expert Level)

Position Summary

As a Software Engineer on our team, you will work alongside highly talented IVR developers who are passionate about delivering innovative, reliable, and scalable self-service solutions for the contact center.

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support IVR applications operating in a modern Cloud environment, using proven engineering best practices and high-quality development standards. You will help shape solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes, and you will play a key part in ensuring that our systems and designs reflect the highest levels of technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands on Java/Spring development with hands on experience for complex applications.

• Previous experience with Speech enabled IVR development using Genesys or/Nuance Framework

• Experience with Java/JavaScript, Spring, Groovy & VXML

• Well versed in using AI tools such as GitHub CoPilot

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity in deploying contact center solutions in a private or public cloud environment

• Experience in building/deploying applications on MS Azure or OpenShift platform

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance IVR applications using modern engineering practices and Cloud technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions that align with strategic business goals.

• Ensure high-quality code delivery through strong development, testing, and quality control practices.

• Lead and mentor developers as part of an agile team, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.

• Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing IVR applications to ensure optimal performance.

• Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions that guide the direction of our solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $68.00/hr.
