Location: Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, and Sunrise, FL (On-site 5 days a week )ย 
Duration: 12+ Months Contractย 
Required Skillsย 

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with strong expertise inย Python or Java developmentย and hands-on experience building AI-powered Contact Center solutions.

Must-Have Experienceย 
  • Strong development experience inย Python and/or Java
  • Experience withย API developmentย andย Microservices Architecture
  • Hands-on experience withย AI/MLย andย Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Experience working withย GitHub,ย GitHub Actions, andย CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience withย Five9 Contact Center Platform
  • Experience with contact center call routing and orchestration
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    • Google Contact Center AI (CCAI)
    • Google Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA)
    • Voice Analytics and Conversational AI solutions
Preferred Experienceย 
  • Contact center technologies such as:
    • Avaya
    • Cisco Contact Center
    • LivePerson
  • Experience designing and supporting IVR and call-routing solutions
  • Experience integrating AI-driven voice and chat platforms into enterprise environments
Key Responsibilitiesย 
  • Design, develop, and support AI-powered contact center applications
  • Build scalable APIs and microservices using Python or Java
