Director of Clinical Operations - Beverly Hills, CA (Primary Location) Full-Time Exempt Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 annually
Reproductive Partners Medical Group/Fertility Centers of Orange County (RPMG/FCOC) is seeking an IVF experienced Director of Clinical Operations to provide oversight and guidance across all clinical operations, including OR, 3rd party services, and clinical management teams across four office locations. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CNO/COO and requires weekly site visits to all locations (Torrance, Long Beach, and Irvine), with Beverly Hills as the primary base.
Responsibilities:
  • Work in close collaboration with physician leadership to develop the strategic direction and operational blueprint for Clinical, OR, and 3rd Party Services
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of policies and procedures governing the delivery of patient care services
  • Maintain practice operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies, procedures, and HIPAA and safety standards
  • Create educational documentation and consents for clinics and upload to the patient EMR system
  • Assist with ongoing Quality Improvement and Risk Management initiatives
  • Lead efforts to improve clinical practices and processes to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Communicate regularly with Clinical, OR, and 3rd Party Service personnel to keep staff informed of clinical and operational changes
  • Develop a comprehensive staffing plan for all locations and departments that complies with budget while ensuring high-quality patient care
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and manage staff under the Director of Clinical Operations; assist managers with the same
  • Perform disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans as needed; assist managers with the same
  • Conduct annual evaluations on team members and assist managers as needed; ensure all managing team members have annual goals identified
  • Develop KPIs for each location and work closely with the management team to ensure monthly targets are being met
  • Monitor overtime and missed meals across locations and collaborate on solutions
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Clinical, OR, and 3rd Party Service orientation and training programs
  • Manage and participate in external audit and credentialing processes including QuadA, CLIA, OSHA, and FDA
  • Ensure compliance across all offices with all state and federal requirements
  • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare regulations and ensure all staff training, accreditations, and certifications remain up to date
  • Travel weekly to all RPMG/FCOC locations; assist with new locations and satellite centers as they are developed
  • Participate in and lead monthly meetings in collaboration with the COO/CNO
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Active California RN license required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing Administration (MSN) strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior healthcare leadership with a track record of multi-site management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the infertility/IVF field
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Must maintain continuing education credits required for license renewal
  • Flexibility to travel to all office locations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Word, spreadsheets, and email; ability to learn and navigate electronic medical software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all patient, clinic, and work information
