โ€ข Deliver nurse-led consultations, including treatment planning, consent appointments, and medication teaching.
โ€ข Offer emotional support and appropriate referral for counselling or additional services when needed.
โ€ข Ensure continuity of care and effective communication between the medical, laboratory, administrative, and counselling teams.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities
โ€ข Adhere to local and national guidelines, including HFEA (or relevant regulatory body) standards, clinic SOPs, and safeguarding procedures.
โ€ข Support completion and verification of treatment consents, legal parenthood documentation, and donor-related regulatory requirements.
โ€ข Participate in internal audits, incident reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
โ€ข Always maintain confidentiality and data-protection compliance.
