About the Team

The Infusion team is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered outpatient infusion care to individuals with cancer, chronic illnesses, and other complex medical conditions. This collaborative team focuses on delivering safe, evidence-based treatments while supporting patients and families throughout every stage of care.

The Infusion RN provides high-quality, compassionate outpatient infusion care through skilled clinical practice, patient advocacy, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support positive patient outcomes.

Position Summary

The Infusion Center Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate outpatient infusion care to patients with cancer, chronic illnesses, and other complex medical conditions. This position is responsible for coordinating and administering infusion therapies, performing thorough patient assessments, monitoring for complications, and ensuring safe, evidence-based clinical care. The Infusion RN serves as a patient advocate and educator, guiding patients and families through treatment plans while providing emotional support and clear communication throughout the care journey. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, this role supports continuity of care, promotes positive patient outcomes, and contributes to a patient-centered healing environment.

Position Type

We currently have two positions available:

• Full-time 
• Part-time 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM with alternating shifts of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license
• BLS certification
• CRNI or OCN certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of infusion nursing experience

• Proficient in EHR documentation and infection prevention protocols
• Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care in all interactions
• Maintains strong attention to detail in medication administration and patient monitoring
• Exercises sound clinical judgment in fast-paced or emergency situations
• Adapts to changing priorities and patient care needs with professionalism and flexibility
• Supports a collaborative and team-oriented work environment
