Job Details:
  • Organize and deliver comprehensive patient care by managing all phases of the patient care process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Act as a team leader by delegating care responsibilities to nursing staff based on their licensure, training, and role specifications
  • Play a crucial role in advancing the facility's mission and goals, making a meaningful impact on the community served
  • Adhere to standards set by the Joint Commission and other relevant federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies
  • Work 56 hours per two weeks guaranteed, with the ability to flex up to 72 hours per two weeks
  • Rotating 8-hour shifts with start times of 7:30AM or 8:00AM and end times of 3:30PM or 4:00PM
  • On-call availability required in 4-hour slots starting at 4:00PM and 5:00PM
  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing required
  • Must have two years of RN experience in a Critical Care Area (ICU, ED, Cath Lab, etc.) OR one year of RN experience in an Endoscopy Unit with proven competency in Procedural Sedation
  • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within one month of hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of hire
  • Hiring incentive available for qualified candidates joining the team
